Heritage Springs

Heritage Springs offers the opportunity for residents to maintain their independence and feel safe in a comfortable and supportive environment. Trained caregivers assist residents with daily tasks and professional nursing staff is available to provide 24-hour clinical support. Nurses help with the administration of medications or treatments and coordination with outside services, such as podiatry and hospice care. The community’s EverFit program ensures seniors remain physically active by joining the walking club or exercise classes, including balance, dance, tai chi and water aerobics. Residents are also encouraged to take part in the daily entertainment program that features a variety of group activities, such as games, arts and crafts, musical sessions and excursions into the local area. Heritage Springs invites the community, staff and family members to attend special events throughout the year to celebrate holidays, birthdays and other important occasions.
