With a focus on individualized care and attention, we offer a unique 1:3 staff-to-resident ratio, ensuring that each resident receives the personalized care and attention they deserve. Unlike large, impersonal memory care or assisted living facilities, our home provides an intimate, nurturing environment where residents feel comfortable, safe, and valued. Our highly-trained team (led by our RN Administrator) focuses on memory care (non-locked units), offering tailored support to seniors with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other cognitive impairments. Smaller care home environments offer a model of care that understands the challenges families face when caring for a loved one with memory loss, and we are here to provide relief, ensuring that residents receive the best care possible in a structured and supportive environment. At LiveWell, we focus on creating a sense of familiarity and routine, which is essential in memory care. Our personalized care plans ensure that each resident’s unique needs are met while preserving dignity and promoting independence. In addition to memory care, LiveWell offers comprehensive assisted living services for seniors who may require help with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, medication management, and mobility assistance. Our caregivers provide 24-hour support, ensuring that residents are comfortable and well cared for at all times. Our assisted living services are designed to enhance the quality of life for our residents by fostering independence, promoting physical and mental well-being, and encouraging social engagement. At LiveWell, we pride ourselves on creating a warm, welcoming, and home environment for all our residents. With a maximum of just six residents, our micro-community fosters close relationships between staff and residents, allowing for personalized attention and care that larger memory care facilities and elder care services often cannot provide. Our home is equipped with comfortable private rooms, communal living spaces, and outdoor areas where residents can enjoy nature and fresh air.
