Wesleyan Village in Elyria, Ohio, sits on an extensive 17-acre campus tailored to the needs of assisted living residents. The community offers personalized care for all activities of daily living, such as bathing and grooming, and medication management. Meals are provided three times a day and are produced in the community's on-site kitchens. A full-service and licensed medical center delivers a variety of care types, and nurses help guide residents through rehabilitative programs, including physical, occupational and speech therapies. Transitory care is provided in the form of postsurgical care, IV therapy and wound care, with skilled nursing available for residents in need of long-term treatment plans and hospice.
