FAQ About Manor Lake Assisted Living & Memory Care
We are a 55 and over community. Our average age of residents is 80's and 90's.
Consistent communication especially in emergency situations
Independent living residents are allowed to have a pet with a non-refundable deposit. They must stay on a leash, clean up after their pet. They are permitted to walk them on the main property as long as they are not a disturbance to our main residents.
Independent living residents are allowed to walk our main building grounds and use the pavilion that we have in the back
none recently due to covid. Independent is not involved in our activities.
We are not a lock down community. Residents are free to come and go as they please. That being said if there is a resident we know is not supposed to be walking past the gates we redirect and call family right away.

Yearly required continuing education credits in all categories
Independent living residents are responsible for their own transportation
Bingo, arts and crafts, shopping trips, lunch outings, special event parties, birthday parties, card club, bible study, coffee socials, movie night, bake club, morning mug club, games, musical entertainment and much more...
We serve our meals like restaurant style. The kitchen prepares the meals and the staff delivers it to residents seated in the dining rooms.

Independent living are responsible for their own medical needs and assistants

Independent living residents are in charge of their own meals as they have full working kitchen in their units
We are a pet free community. Pets may visit but they are not permitted to stay
Company Car, And any transportation insurance covers, as well as a taxi service
Independent living residents are responsible for their own security but if it is an emergency they are allowed to call the main building and we will be happy to assist them in any way we can
