Celebration Villa of Exeter is a senior living community offering accommodations for those who may require assistance in their daily living activities. It is staffed 24 hours a day with trained healthcare personnel and offers as much or as little care as a resident may want or need. In addition, Celebration Villa of Exeter has a licensed Health Care Director on call 24 hours a day.
Celebration Villa of Exeter Senior Living facility features a full sprinkler system and each apartment is equipped with an emergency call system that may be used whenever the need arises. In addition, all exterior doors may be locked so that a secure environment can be maintained.
Each apartment includes all meals and basic utilities as part of the monthly fee. Also, residents enjoy daily activities, private dining room for family and guests, library and sitting areas, bistro and billiard activity room, housekeeping services and many other amenities. Other services include a beauty/barber shop for a nominal fee.
The emphasis on activities is a main thrust of the service offerings. Social interaction is a vital part of overall good health and Celebration Villa of Exeter is committed to offering residents a full range of social, recreational and spiritual activities from which to choose. Scheduled transportation on the community van allows all residents to take advantage of travel activities.

At Celebration Villa of Exeter, our activity programming is designed to enrich the mind, body, and soul. This means offering activities to stimulate the brain, like trivia, jeopardy, word scrambles. Activities to promote healthy movement like tai chi, seated chair exercises, and balloon ball. As well as experiences to promote spiritual well being such as church services of different denominations, bible studies, and Christian Choir.
We are conveniently located just off Route 422 (although you'd never know it given our private setting!). We are close to wide varieties of dining options, shopping centers, museums, even casinos!
Each resident that resides in our community is provided with an emergency call pendant at no additional cost. Staff are on site 24/7 to respond to resident's needs and check in with residents on a regular basis. Scheduled rounds on each shift provide an extra layer of safety oversight.
We are pleased to be able to offer transportation services to scheduled medical appointments at no additional cost to our residents. Our wheelchair accessible van also transports residents to many off site activities, including restaurant trips, shopping, and a variety of other options!
Our resident population varies widely, from folks that are relatively independent to those who need hands on support with activities of daily living. Our average age is in the mid 80's. Our residents love to enjoy our outdoor space, engage in various exercise classes, play bingo, and create crafts of all varieties.
Dining at Celebration Villa of Exeter is designed to be catered to your needs and preferences. We offer different diets to accommodate your dietary needs and have a wide variety of menu options to suit every taste. At our monthly resident council meeting, residents are encouraged to submit special requests and provide feedback to make our menu adaptable to each individual resident!
