A well-landscaped common area with picnic tables, a gazebo and BBQ grill brings residents together for fun and fellowship. Homes boast attached garages, stackable washers and dryers, full-sized kitchen appliances and plenty of storage for the ultimate in senior living. Weekly housekeeping services allow residents plenty of quality time to get out and shop, dine and be entertained. Curbside mailboxes provide the privacy seniors desire and deserve, while the emergency pendant system offers peace of mind in case of an emergency.

We have colored plates and cups to help them see better and staff in the dining room with them during mealtimes to keep them engaged.
We have transportation on Tuesdays and Thursdays for doctors visits and scheduled trips.
We are a pet friendly community, with plenty of outdoor space for them to enjoy.
They can enjoy all of the community areas, such as the front porch, gazebo, and back patio.
Our average resident age is 80 years old. Some of their favorite things to do is movie night, trips to the apple orchard, local plays, antique shopping, playing cards, crafts and of course bingo.

We have the local YMCA, Anderson Univ. Local playhouse, restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, Lake Hartwell and Movie theaters, all within 5 miles of our community.
All doors are locked and secure by a certain time every evening. Staff does safety checks throughout the night, doors and residents. Each resident wears a pendent that can be pushed for immediate help. Local sheriff patrol our property and we have over 35 lamps to light up our parking areas and cottages.
We are pet friendly for our furry friends to visit but only our Independent Living residents can have a pet live with them. All cottages have a patio in the back area that is great for dogs or cats.
We offer Life Alert pendants to all residents incase of emergency. The parking lot and Independent Living community is well lit at night.
Average age is 77. They love to take a stroll around the cottages, play bridge, go to dinner and a movie, theater, trips to our beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains for apples, shopping, YMCA etc.

Our trained Magnolia Trails Director oversees the programing and activities of the five pillars. All managers and staff are dementia certified. Yearly refresher for seasoned employees. All have been through the Virtual Dementia tour.
