Our buildings are currently equipped with the latest security technology.
We are conveniently located in a nice neighborhood with nice sidewalks, shopping and restaurants. There is also a state of the art medical center located within walking distance from our community
We have a twenty person bus we use every day to take folks to their doctors, dentist, shopping, etc
Our corporate staff is constantly offering training to our local staff as well as guest speakers
We offer a newsletter for general information, email blasts for events upcoming and one-to-one phone calls for personal information.
We are constantly offering in-house training to those folks who work with our Memory Care residents.
Our chef is second to none (my waistline will attest) Each and every day there are at least two selections for each meal. On any given day we might have BBQ ribs with a backup of oven baked chicken, or Hawaiian pork chops backed up with shrimp and grits and there's always snacks available between meals!
Our Director of Healthcare reads the plan of care for each resident and when necessary will call the family to report on those conditions.
Our staff to resident ratio during the day is one to eight and at night three to thirty
Our staff works with our Memory Care residents closely to provide a safe and workable area to eat.
We do accept pets and we have designated areas for them to run and play.
We are not affiliated with a particular hospital, however, we are very convenient to Piedmont Hospital in Rock Hill as well as Novant and Atrium Hospitals in Charlotte.
Each of our residents is supplied with security devices to help us keep constant contact with them. We also have additional security measures for those folks needing a little extra care.
There is something going on all-the-time!! We have two full time Activity Directors for our Assisted Living and Memory Care residents.
We have a one to eight rations during the day and three to thirty at night.
We currently have 53 residents with the average age around 81. Our residents enjoy everything from reading to playing cornhole, ice cream socials, board games, town excursions, guest speakers, you name it!!
We have two Activity Directors for our Assisted Living and Memory Care residents and any given day you might see them playing cards, exercising, playing bingo, getting their hair done, rides to interesting places around town, ice cream socials, even line dancing!!
We are conveniently located to restaurants, shopping and a brand new Medical Center. We are also in an area with very nice sidewalks for those who like to take walks.
We have a Director of healthcare who is daily going over the "plan-of-care" for each resident She works in conjunction with visiting Nurse Practitioners and doctors on call.
