The Waterford on Cooper is an Arlington assisted living and memory care community that gives personal attention to each resident. Staff is on hand 24-hours a day to help with bathing, dressing and other activities of daily living. To help residents care for their apartments, housekeeping services are provided. This community emphasizes active living, both socially and physically. Exercise programs are offered to encourage physical activity, and regular community events are scheduled to encourage socialization. Game nights, birthday parties and movie screenings are all examples of the types of activities offered throughout the week. Residents have the option to head into town to participate in area seasonal events. A landscaped courtyard with secure walking paths provides outdoor activities. Every day, three restaurant-style meals are served in a community dining room, and residents can get snacks throughout the day too.
