The Viera Senior Living

We build our programs based on the 7 dimensions of wellness and have added focus on sensory programs that engage all 6 senses. Individual and group engagement is designed to enrich the lives and wellbeing of our residents and provide a sense of purpose and belonging. Our programs and activities are offered based on residents’ needs and interests. Examples of engagement include outings, live music, games, religious interests, exercise, memory enrichment etc.

The residents primary care providers and community nurses perform assessments for residents as needed and on a regularly scheduled basis.

The Viera is located on the southside of Corpus Christi. The southside is growing rapidly, with new business, new apartment complexes, and houses. The Viera is in the perfect location for all of the senior adults that are looking to sell their homes and move to a more comfortable lifestyle.

Team members can provide group and individual dining support through cuing and physical assistance as indicated in the residents’ Plan of Care.

Our team members receive ongoing training in accordance with local regulatory and company requirements. Our staff receives in depth training on understanding care, behavior management and treatment strategies to name a few.

Residents' families can request their preference for notifications.

The community has relationships with local hospitals and providers which vary per location.
