Elmcroft of Cottonwood is an assisted living senior community that provides residents with the assistance they require to lead independent and active lives. A team of professional caregivers is available around the clock to provide support with the tasks of daily living or medication management. Each resident has a personalized care plan that is updated as their individual care needs change in consultation with the resident and family members. The community staff coordinate with health care providers, and an on-site weekly clinic assists with basic medical needs. The schedule of activities is catered towards the interests of residents and may include fitness classes, walking clubs, musical entertainment and arts and crafts. The Port of Call program introduces residents to new cultural experiences through food tastings, educational talks and cultural activities.
