FAQ About Manor Lake Assisted Living & Memory Care
Relias is an online company we use to keep our staff trained and to continue teaching them about different way to better assist our residents that need more dementia care. we also have home health company's teach us hands on things at staff meetings monthly
We have amazing cooks at the Gables of Brigham City, Home Cooked meals that are so home-like. Our menus are based on Grove Menus.
The Gables has a bus stop in front of their building, they also have scheduled transportation available.
There are many activities that happen at the Gables, they have yoga,manicures, story samplers, piano and singalongs, Group activities and Games, FHE, LDS Sacrament, relief Society, Movie nights they also have volunteers from the community come in.
Conveniently located at 997 S 800 W, our beautiful assisted living home is less than a mile from US-91. We are just minutes from Brigham City Community Hospital, Brigham Medical Clinic, Walmart, local banks, churches, parks, restaurants, pharmacies, and other shopping centers and conveniences. We also enjoy the added security of having Logan Regional Hospital nearby. The Gables of Brigham City serves the northern Utah communities of Brigham City, Tremonton, Garland, Bear River, Ogden, Perry, and more
The Administrative team works with family members along with doctors and home health and nursed to keep everyone informed
The Family members work closely with our administrator and staff.
The Gables of Brigham City has two buildings, both buildings are 65 and older. One building is a smaller 15 bed community that is for assisted living and one building specializes in Assisted Living and Memory Care it is a secure building, it is licensed for 30 beds in this. Both building set right next door to each other. They love gardening, there is raised gardens in the back. Lots of activities offered daily in both buildings.
Staff are continually learning each month at our mandatory staff meetings and also through online courses that are selected by the company.

We can accept a dog if the resident can take care of the pet 100% on their own. Our caregivers care for the residents.
Our buildings are locked and secure. we also create care plans specific for each resident so we can provide the best level of care possible. Our staff take continued online courses to grow their education with on dementia and Alzheimer.
