The feedback we get mostly from the residents when we ask them, what made them decide Quarry Hill is our location. It is a location that is easier for traveling loved ones and residents to use the local culinary cuisine, attractions, pharmacies, educational opportunities, and the hospital is 5 minutes away. I think this really gives our residents piece of mind.
As per state regulations, this assessment takes place before a resident even moves into a community. After that the resident assessment will take place upon move-in again, and again after 30 days. After this it will take place anytime there is a change in one’s baseline, a significant event, or on an annual routine basis.
Currently our Memory Care Director and Nurse send out weekly updates about the neighborhood as a whole. Individually they reach out to family by phone and email weekly if not daily for some individuals. This relationship is built on when they first meet and the expectations are set there.
