Emerald Bay is the ideal assisted living and memory care community - located along lovely woods, the community is complete with walks, ponds, outdoor patios and gardening opportunities. Emerald Bay offers a peaceful setting located in a warm and friendly neighborhood just minutes from Thornberry Creek Golf Course and NWTC (Northeast Wisconsin Technical College).
Emerald Bay Assisted Living and Memory offers spacious studio, one, and two-bedroom apartments with cozy kitchens and personal bathrooms with walk-in showers. Apartments are bright and airy with lovely views. Common areas include craft, activity and baking room, beauty shop, media and chapel lounge, bistro, fireplace, gardens, patios, and a gorgeous dining room with spectacular views of local wildlife.
Our trained staff are available 24-hours per day to assist with personal care such as medication administration and monitoring, bathing, dressing, incontinence, ambulation, transfers, and assistance with other activities of daily living. We specialize in chronic issues such as Diabetes, Parkinson's Disease, colostomy care, etc.
Emerald Bay's team consists of an executive director, administrative assistant, activity & social directors, registered nurse, dietary supervisor & kitchen staff, personal care assistants, housekeepers and maintenance personnel.
Residents of Emerald Bay live in apartments with private baths, are served three home cooked meals daily, enjoy the convenience of housekeeping and linen service, and participate in daily social and recreational activities while receiving assistance with personal care and medications. Assistance with the following tasks of daily living is provided:
Dressing, bathing, grooming
Ambulation
Medication administration & management
Incontinence management
Health monitoring
Management of chronic conditions or diseases such as Diabetes, Parkinson's Disease, Alzheimer's Disease and early to late-stage dementias.
Late stage Dementia's and Alzheimer's disease are served at our Emerald Bay Memory Care community.

FAQ About Manor Lake Assisted Living & Memory Care
Our Assisted Living has locked doors on all exits throughout the day/night with the exception of the main entrance and patio exits, which are locked at 8 pm in the summer and 6 pm in the winter. 24 hour awake staff. Our Advanced Care Community (CBRF) has secured egress doors with alarms. 24 hour awake staff. Both the RCAC and CBRF have externally monitored fire alarm systems.
Our Assisted Living (RCAC) has a full-time activity director engaging residents in up to 5 activities a day: exercise and walking groups, crafts, painting, bingo and schedules musical and other monthly entertainment. We do weekly outings to: Special events, places of interest; dining alternating with opportunities to go shopping at local stores such as Wal-Mart, Target, etc. Our pub and grill is a great location for our weekly happy hour with hors devoures, Packer game viewing, Brewers and Bucks. We also have a full-sized billiards table. Packer parties as well as annual community events such as our Independence Day BBQ, family thanksgiving gathering and Christmas Tea. Weekly church service. Our Advance Care Community (CBRF) also does weekly outings to special events, areas of interest and shopping. Full-time activity staff 7 days a week. Walking clubs, exercise, crafts, outdoor activities in our interior courtyard or our fenced in backyard. Weekly church service.
Resident transportation within 15 miles of the building is provided by our wheelchair accessible van or bus. Transportation to and from medical appointments as well as outings with our full-time dedicated driver.

Emerald Bay has two communities in one. We serve independent individuals who are seeking meals, housekeeping and laundry services in our Assisted Living (Residential Care Apartment Complex) in 1 or bedroom apartments. We also serve individuals who need assistance with activities of daily living, such as grooming, dressing, toileting, medication administration, transfer/ambulation of 1-2 staff. Individuals who have a Statement of Incapacity signed by 2 physicians or court ordered reside in our CBRF (Community Based Residential Facility) as well as those who need more than 28 hours per week of personal, supportive and nursing care. Our CBRF has specialized staff who can assist with more advanced care needs as well as those suffering from cognitive impairments in our 1 bedroom (16) or studio apartments (4).
Average age for Assisted Living is 76. Average Age for Advanced Care CBRF is 83.
