Our amenities include three home-cooked meals daily plus snacks, beauty salon, weekly housekeeping and laundry, daily life-enrichment programming, religious services, and an on-site salon. Onsite visits from a physician group, podiatry and optometry services are offered for convenience. Physical therapy is administered onsite by a third-party provider to maintain mobility and movement.

FAQ About Manor Lake Assisted Living & Memory Care
We have an array of different stores down on Morreland, including the Mall. The residents in our Assisted Living Community are free to go with family members and enjoy the outside world anytime, if they aren't already sitting in on our beautiful grounds!
The ages of our Residents vary, and we truly believe that age is one of the heart, so we don't put too much emphasis on someone's age, unless it's one of our Residents Birthdays!
Some of our Residents favorite things to do is play Wheel of Fortune or Jeopardy after dinner, movie nights with our very own pop corn machine, making puzzles, bingo night, raffles, card games, baking, and so much more.
We have a Nutritionist that specializes our menus on a monthly basis. Our Residents will always receive 3 healthy well balanced meals, along with snacks, among many other options. We also have training in certain types of diets pertaining to our Memory Care Community.

We have a secured and locked building for both the safety of our Residents and our Staff. Our grounds are beautifully designed to walk through and sit in, once inside our community.
Our Residents safety is our top Priority!
Enriching the lives of our residents in a meaningful way is our top priority. Our on-site full time Activities Director provides a full array of different activities daily, with a special focus on physical and mental exercise, but we also like to have fun doing so!
We are currently working on a Sensory Room to help those in our Memory Care Community, Arts and Crafts are a huge part of keeping our Residents active, planting new flowers in our mobile garden, and also working with outside members of the New Berlin Lions Club.
We have a small bus that is used to take our Residents on special outings that have been planned by our Activities Director, as well as a public Bus Line, Uber, Lufthansa, etc.
Our phone lines are open 24 hours a day, our Wellness Director has all contact information available at hand for our certified caregivers if an emergency call is ever needed. Our Residents are welcome to have their own phones in their rooms so they can speak to any loved one whenever they need.
All of our Community Staff is trained in CBRF training, and currently undergoing our new Essentia Training to help care for our Memory Care Community. We want to provide the best care possible for our Residents than anyone else in the area.
We truly pride ourselves in continuation of learning, doing whatever we can to make our Residents as comfortable and happy in their new homes.
We take Elopement very seriously; with that comes the correct care to resident ratio, proactive in security systems and locked entrances and exists. Our codes are changed on continuous schedule, and we have certain security features in place our windows.
Residents can enjoy a nice book, chatting with a friend or can enjoy a hot cup of coffee at one of our multiple common areas equipped with comfortable seating, tv, radio, books and puzzles, etc.
