Monitoring of healthcare needs and coordination with physician and Assistance with scheduling doctor's appointments. 24-hour available in-house caregivers for comfort and security. Assistance with activities of daily living and weekly housekeeping.
With the Riverview Medical Clinic on our site, your loved one will be within walking distance of comprehensive health care services.

Menu's are the same throughout with alternative options. All meals are home cooked and menu changes weekly. Never one week the same.
Piggly Wiggly, Post Office, Cafe, and Dollar General.
All common areas throughout the community are available to everyone; Campbell Room, Social Room, Dining Rooms, Outside Patios, Outside Garden Area and more.
Our staff at Nekoosa Court receive training on a monthly basis through our Relias program as well a monthly mandatory all staff training meeting.
Piggly Wiggly, Dollar General, Post Office, Dining - all locally as well as the Casino, Shopping in Wisconsin Rapids, Lakes in Nekoosa & Rome areas, and much much more.
Independent average age is 80 years old. They enjoy coming and going and doing what the love to do in the community as well as participate in the social events within our community of Nekoosa Court.
Hospice services do come in when resident requests or other outside services like therapy and home health.
We have a philosophy that we live by "Be Our Guest"! We offer choices, alternatives and 3 home cooked meals a day!
We offer transports to and from your medical appointments.
During the day and pm shifts, we have to direct care staff members here along with dietary, housekeeping, activities, and administration.
Our Facility outside doors are locked from 8 PM to 6 AM. We screen all visitors as they come to the door.
We share a weekly newsletter, weekly menus and any updates throughout the week via email with our Family Email Group.
Average Age 86. We enjoy bingo, exercise groups, games, puzzles, social events, music and entertainment.
