The independent living dining program here at the Clarendale of Chandler is exceptional because we provide a pleasurable dining experience by allow the residents to be a big influence in the menu development to provide the residents their favorites as well as bringing Fine Dining to the table. We bring the culinary world into our community to enhance our residents dining experience. Our residents can expect lots of variety from cuisine from all over the world that with not a lot of repetition. Our residents can also expect lots of new and exciting menu options.
This is based on needs of residents. Every resident that moves in is required to be assessed by our nurse, as well as 30 days after move in and as needed. This allows us to keep care consistent to resident's needs as they may change.
The assisted living dining program at Clarendale of Chandler is exceptional because we provide the comfort home cooking menu options while allowing the residents to have their independence of choice with our restaurant style always available menu. We here at the Clarendale like to provide our assisted living residents with the same upscale dining experience as our independent living residents.
Clarendale has many courtyards and pool areas to enjoy as well as the beautiful views of the San Tan mountains.
Jody does an excellent job at "being in the know" of the latest restaurant openings in the area, art exhibits in town and plays and musical performances. Last week our resident's dined at the new High Tide restaurant in Chandler and went to the Hale Theater for A Christmas Carol performance.
We have it all - Vintage 19 Pub & Game Room, Sunset Movie Theater, Library, Exercise Studio and Gym, Ballroom, Mesquite Grille dining room with outdoor dining and private dining room, Bistro, Art Studio and Sports Room for virtual and real time sports.
Clarendale is conveniently located to an abundance of new retail, grocery and dining options within a 5 mile radius.
We have several grass areas and walking paths on property. We are also in the process of creating a dog park!
Clarendale provides planned transportation within a 10 mile radius by a bus or SUV. We also have planned trips to Hale Theater, out to lunch or dinner, shopping and more.
Or age range is 62 - 92! We love the vibrancy and energy our residents show is all they do. They love inspirational and historical speakers, the variety of exercise classes, happy hours and live music as well as culture and dining around town.

We have 24/7 nursing care in the building along with pendants for residents.
