Architecturally inspired by Yosemite, Paintbrush is a new concept in assisted living facilities and memory care with local family ownership and stewardship. Local farmers, artists, and photographers are part of this highly local commitment to Central Valley senior living as well.
Paintbrush offers two vibrant communities under one beautifully designed campus: 75 assisted living apartments and 25 secure memory care suites spread over 74,000 square feet.

We are not affiliated with any hospitals but partner with all healthcare providers involved in our resident's care.
Paintbrush offers an array of activities which include art classes and dance class every Tuesday. Daily exercise programs which consist of chair tai-chi and walking group. Opportunities to play a variety of card and board games
The staffing ratio is 4 to 5 residents in the daytime and 3 to 6 resident ratio in the evening.
We have a 5 to 14 care staff to resident ratio in the daytime. In the evening, we have a 3 to 14 care staff to resident ratio.
From cognitive stimulation to physical exercise, we love to keep the fun factor in everything we do. Our exclusive programming involves additional training beyond state regulations to also help maximize and maintain independence.
Residents in Assisted Living are issued a wander guard pendant and our memory care residents are in a secured setting with each exit door having an alarm that will activate when opened. An alert is announced over our radio communication system which all staff members have access to.
Monthly training is conducted with all staff members in compliance with the State Regulations.
Active seniors with an average age of 80 years old. Our residents enjoy being social so that is why we really encourage all-day dining so that residents can engage and be social anytime during the day. We also offer group activities such as a weekly painting activity class, daily exercise opportunities that include morning strolls, instructional exercise class and a weekly dance class every Tuesday afternoon. Our residents also enjoy our family style dinners every month and family friendly Happy Hour every Wednesday with fresh baked Pizza from our pizza oven.

All pets must be current on vaccinations and dogs must be kept on a leash at all times when not in the resident's apartment or in our dog park.
Complimentary transportation to scheduled medical appointments, shopping excursions, scenic drives and outings to attend scheduled activities.
24/7 awake staffing, video surveillance observing the exterior of the community, wander guard system and secured memory care area.
Our Resident Care Director (LVN), Executive Director or our Memory Care Director are available to do assessments. Residents are reassessed 30 days upon move-in, then yearly or when they experience a change in condition.
In addition to accommodations for special diets, variety of fresh, nutritious homestyle dishes are sourced from the Central Valley’s rich farming communities. And because meal time is also perfect for catching up with friends or spending time with family, we offer all-day, restaurant-style dining, full-service dining, bistro and family dining where residents are encouraged to invite friends and family to enjoy a private meal.
