Brandel Manor is located across the street from the Emanuel Medical Center and offers residents a beautifully landscaped community with courtyards, patios and sitting areas. The around-the-clock staff assists with daily living needs, and there is a full-time registered nurse on staff. All studios are equipped with handicapped features, kitchenettes, cable TV and come fully furnished. Three chef-prepared meals are served daily in the dining room, snacks are always available, and special dietary needs are accommodated. For residents going through rehabilitation, therapeutic diets are prepared by a dietitian. Healthcare services include diabetes management, IV therapy, wound care and physical therapy. Residents can partake in activities such as trivia, bingo, arts and crafts, birthday parties and cooking classes. Transportation is provided for errands, shopping and medical appointments, and staff members schedule offsite activities regularly.
