          Situated in the heart of Hamilton Field with beautiful bay and mountain views, The Bluffs at Hamilton Hill is a relaxed luxury senior living community located near Novato Community Hospital, Kaiser Permanente Terra Linda and MarinHealth Medical Center as well as Hamilton Marketplace, Vintage Oaks Shopping Center, and Hamilton Field History Museum. Wake up every day in a safe, intentionally designed living space.
We tend to the cooking, housekeeping and home maintenance so you can participate in social, cultural and exercise programs including our partnership with The MarinMOCA. Choose a menu of seasonal, nutritious chef-prepared dishes from multiple dining venues.
Enjoy discreet, supportive care, a maintenance-free lifestyle including scheduled transportation, and boutique amenities. Spend every day experiencing greater well-being.        
      
          Direct phone calls, in person meetings, virtual meetings and emails are used as needed.

Residents have wearable devices or mounted pull cords in their apartments to notify staff in the event of an emergency.

          All staff receive a monthly training specific to their job requirements, when special care circumstances arise staff is trained by subject matter experts to ensure the best care is provided.         
      
          This varies based on resident needs and levels of care         
      
          Wellness Nurse, Resident Services Director or Connections for Living Director complete assessments on new residents and reassess after the first 30days, every six months and as needed with care changes.         
      
          We have a great group of active fun residents averaging mid 80s in age. They enjoy outdoor walks, movies, arts and crafts and a variety of games.         
      
          We love pets! Cats will need to be in resident room only. Dogs are able to enjoy our secure memory care courtyard as well as walk the beautiful trails and spaces around the community.         
      
          Private bus and car transportation is available for appointments, errands and outings.        
      
          We utilize our Connections for Living Dining room and bring meals to the residents.         
      
          We have a fantastic Chef who enjoys creating delicious fun meals. He is not afraid to think outside of the box and elevates the dining through amazing taste and options. Menus consist of an always available option of items that is rotated quarterly as well as four daily specials
