The average age is 80 years old. Our residents like to go on community outings to local restaurants and historic centers, play Bingo, cards, read, walking trails, and mingle.

A team of residents meets once a week with our Chef to plan the weekly menu. Residents can also submit recipes for our Chef to prepare.

We are not directly affiliated with any hospitals but work closely with many hospitals in the area and have a Kaiser Dementia Physician come onsite to care for Kaiser patients on a regular basis.

We schedule a minimum of 1 med-tech and 3 caregivers for Day & Swing, and have 2 staff members overnight. Additionally we have nurses onsite 16 hours a day.

We engage with our memory care residents all throughout the day. A monthly activities calendar is shared with the residents and the residents' families if requested. We offer daily stretch exercises, Bingo, ready the Daily Chronicle, puzzles, movies, entertainers, and social hours.

Yes, we accept dogs and cats. We have a lovely courtyard and front area for the furry babies.

Front entrance only for all visitors and staff. Front doors are locked from 7 pm to 8 am. The front doorbell is available. Daily temperature checks and oxygen. Our staff is COVID tested regularly.

We communicate with residents' through phone, emails, and newsletter.

We have a designated Memory Care Director onsite 5 days a week that communicates to families of changes in health, schedules regular care conferences and coordinates support groups. In addition to this role, with licensed nurses onsite 16 hours a day, nurses will work be the first responders if anything were to happen and require immediate response.

We are located right between residential communities and in walking distance to an elementary school, library and shopping centers.

We can offer either stand by assistance with prompting or hands on assistance using the hand over hand technique.

Our nurses who are onsite 16 hours a day assess residents. Assessments are done at time of move in, 30 days after move in and at least 1x a year after that. We always reassess if resident displays a change in their health and cognitive state.
