Sprawled across 10 acres, Legacy at Savannah Quarters provides assisted living services in an upscale community that features a putting green, two courtyards with gardening areas and a full-service salon and spa. Staff members are on-site 24/7 to assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, medication management and other personal care services as needed. Physical therapy sessions are available on the grounds, and a licensed nurse is always on-site to help seniors with health needs. Residents gather daily in the common areas for Bible studies, group exercise classes, current events lectures and games. The culinary staff serves made-to-order meals in the dining room throughout the day so that seniors can enjoy meals in their own timeframes. Housekeeping, laundry and linen services are performed regularly, and small pets are allowed to live with their resident owners here.

FAQ About Manor Lake Assisted Living & Memory Care
Average age is 78. The unique age in place program allows residents to maintain their independence and is discrete for those that need a little extra assistance.
Bunco and name that tune seem to be popular as well as card games and our day trips.
We have numerous fitness and dance classes to fit all, daily, we have personal trainers and fun activities to suit all. We do crossword puzzles, cranium exercise, bingo, board games, crafts and so much more. Our engagement manager gets to know each individual resident and ensures we have activities scheduled to suit everyone.
We have a Publix approximately half a mile away and the Tanger outlet mall is less than 5 miles up the road. There are many amenities close to the community including churches, YMCA, Savannah Quarters Clubhouse and outdoor pool. Included in the monthly rent, residents have transportation available to them daily.
We have two vehicles, an SUV and Shuttle. Included in the monthly rent, we offer transportation daily for each of our residents.
We have a full Farm to table restaurant that is open all day everyday. There are no set meal times therefore residents each their meals whenever they are ready too. We have a full menu seems though we are open to the general public as well, as well as daily specials. Our menu rotates on a 5 week cycle.
We have the latest door key technology therefore residents suites remain locked at all times. Our technology only allows certain people into certain suites and when someone enters that particular area, a sensor tells our computer system, therefore we know exactly who is in the suite and when they leave. We also have a concierge on staff until 11pm daily and our external doors lock at 8pm. We also have real time camera systems outside and in the communal areas of our building.
We communicate very well with our Shepherd families. We invite them to participate in activities, eat at our restaurant, drink at our tavern and use our fitness and spa amenities whenever they like. While our first priority will always be our residents, we understand that the extended family involvement will help our residents flourish. We are proud of our community, we are proud of our residents, we want our family members to be proud too.
1 member of staff to every 12 residents in our Assisted Living and 1 member of staff to every 10 residents in our memory care, although right now it is more like 1 to 6 simply because we are new and have more staff than needed right now.
We have a large grassed area towards the side of the building as well as a path that covers the parameter of our community. There are also several walking opportunities within the neighborhood.
We do 30 hours of CEUs in senior care related topics. Plus we give all of our Caregivers the opportunity to train as Medical Assistants to help them advance their career and potentially earn more money.
We have a locked memory care community. To leave through our assisted living communal doors, you have to physically press a button to exit a long with cameras, staff and navigation technology in each resident's pendant.
