Fairwinds Sand Creek is an upscale senior living community that offers residents the opportunity to enjoy the finer things in life. The caregiving staff is always on hand to provide assistance with dressing, personal appearance, incontinence, mobility and eating and drinking. A registered nurse is on-site during the day to assist with medical issues and to monitor the health of residents. Physical and speech therapy services are provided on-site. Each apartment is fitted with an emergency call system and seniors all wear an emergency call pendant or wristband. Activities offered by the community include day trips to nearby Yellowstone Park, shopping trips to Jackson Hole, movie nights in the state-of-the-art theater, fitness classes and arts and crafts. Three chef-prepared meals are served in the elegant communal dining room each day and refreshments are available throughout the day in the bistro.
