Our residents are mostly in their 80's. They love to participate in our various activities and our daily happy hour!
We offer different church services, grief counseling, and brain health activities. We also offer daily exercise classes.
Traditions at Brookside is in the Heart of Geist near Geist Reservoir which is full of local restaurants, shops, churches, and a local winery. We are only minutes from Hamilton Town Center Mall in Noblesville. Traditions at Brookside is located in McCordsville although we are RIGHT on the board of Fishers, Indianapolis, and Fortville.
We have a bus and a driver who will take our residents to their individual appointments as well as planned activities.
Our dining department desires to create an environment where our residents are excited to eat with us in our restaurant styled dining room. Our specials are meals that we have received input from our community and our everyday menu has staple items on it that can be ordered as desired.
Our Wellness Director assesses all new incoming residents to ensure that our community is able to meet their current healthcare needs. Open communication and teamwork between resident, family, physicians, and staff create the ultimate healthcare environment. For added peace of mind, we provide an emergency response system which includes pull cords in the apartments as well as individual pendants for our residents. Safety and security is achieved in our maintenance-free, care-free environment.
Our staff will keep families updated with any change or concern immediately.
Traditions at Brookside Is a pet friendly community. Our apartments surround a courtyard creating a perfect area to take out pets!
We do a monthly training with our care staff on different aspects of senior care. Transfer training, dementia training, etc.

Traditions at Brookside incorporates, along with group activities the innovative Behavior-Based Ergonomics Program (BBET) to improve the quality of life for our residents with Alzheimers and Dementia.
Residents are assessed by our staff to identify their cognitive and physical abilities, as well as learn about each person's unique life story to develop a comprehensive plan of care. Both physical and emotional stimulation are then incorporated into the plan to support and maximize quality of life
