Privately owned and operated, Bel Air Assisted Living is conveniently located near medical facilities and local attractions. The elegant community offers a homelike atmosphere in a single-story Victorian-style home and is small enough to provide the highest staff-to-resident ratio than other assisted living communities. This allows for more intimate, personalized quality care in a family-style atmosphere. On-site caregivers are available 24/7 to assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating and walking. Some life-enriching activities include light exercise, drawing and art, music appreciation, book club, board and card games, bingo, ice cream socials and group outings. Amenities include spacious private living suites with telephone and cable service, a digital call bell system, an in-house hairstylist and three home-cooked meals prepared by a personal chef served family-style in the luxurious dining room, and family members are welcome to visit.

Our Methodology

It’s not what we research, but the way we research that makes AssistedLiving.org stand out. We start by identifying problems and challenges in the senior care industry by gaining insight from conversations with industry professionals, older adults, and those that care for them. Next, our research team led by industry experts apply our data-driven research techniques to understand the magnitude of the challenge and how to overcome it. Finally, we present our findings in easy-to-understand guides and studies and share our actionable results with influencers and caregivers, as well as the general public.
