The Village at Willow Crossings spans 20 acres and boasts a quaint New England aesthetic that gives the community a distinct feel. The staff offers residents one of five care plans that takes into account their physical and social needs and provides help with the activities of daily living, ranging from assistance with grooming or bathing all the way to transfers. An on-site concierge takes care of scheduling weekly laundry and housekeeping services and coordinate scheduled transportation for planned outings and personal care appointments, as needed. Residents have the option to participate in one of numerous activities found on the monthly calendar, including current events discussions, evening social hours and birthday celebrations. In terms of security, the community offers controlled keypad access and 24-hour staff access.
