Crystal Creek Assisted Living

Crystal Creek Assisted Living and Memory Care is an all-inclusive community. We offer four buildings on one campus, 2 specializing in memory care and 2 for assisted living. Each building only houses twenty apartments. To ensure the safety of our residents both our memory care and assisted living are secured environments. Both private and semiprivate studio style apartments are available. Our all-inclusive pricing covers room and board, assistance with activities of daily living, incontinence care, medication management, three meals daily, daily hydration stations, life enrichment activities, plus laundry services and housekeeping services. Each building offers residents an enclosed courtyard, private dining room, and family room. We also work with the Medicaid waiver program as well as PACE.
