Emerald Meadows

Operated by Providence Life Services, Emerald Meadows has provided assisted living, memory support and transitional care for nearly 20 years. This faith-based community is located on the eastern edge of Grand Rapids near lush woodlands, former orchards and the Watermark Country Club. The facility provides three levels of care in an attractive, well-maintained setting. New residents can choose from three floor plans with kitchenettes and private baths. Accommodations include access to cozy fireside living rooms, patios and secure courtyards. Residents may also partake in a variety of spiritual and religious services as well as social events.
