We staff with only the highest quality caregivers, nurses and team members who assist your loved ones on a daily basis. FAQ About Manor Lake Assisted Living & Memory Care
Our community consist of a small group of 70 year old plus residents.
Our facility is monitored by staff 24 hours a day. We also have a camera system in the halls and around building as well as alarms on outdoor exits including in room sliders.
Our cook Tami has 40 years experience and is well versed in homemade hearty meals. All of our meals are zoned to meet the needs of diabetics including sugar free options and whole wheats.
All of our staff have monthly training that directly relates to our residents and their ongoing care.
Allegan General Hospital is located 1 mile from facility.
We do not accept cats or dogs at this time.
As a very small and close knit community, we are able to connect with families through any resource, as often as they would prefer.
We are located just a half mile from downtown Allegan and all it offers as well as a block from First Baptist Church and a .5 miles from the local Catholic Church.
We have a Licensed Nurse who owns the facility and is either here or on call. She completes all assessments which are done every 6 months or as needed.
We do not currently have a community vehicle.
Daily games, arts & crafts, outings and outdoor activities including gardening.
During the day our ratio is a 6 resident to 2 staff and during the night it is a 6 resident to 1 staff ratio. Smaller than any facility in West Michigan!
