Northern Star Assisted Living is a community in Traverse City that provides seniors a comfortable environment. Along with assisted living, the community provides memory, respite care, hospice care and short-term care for recovering seniors. Trained staff is on duty 24/7 to tend to residents' basic needs, such as eating, bathing and getting dressed, and an on-call nurse ensures residents receive their medication and have their medical needs met. Three chef-prepared meals help keep seniors heathy and satisfied. Seniors can enjoy planned activities to remain physically and mentally engaged, and religious services are offered. Cable TV and internet access are provided, and family members may visit whenever they wish.
