Sunrise of Troy

Sunrise of Troy is a licensed home for the aged, caring for residents 55 and older. Our oldest resident is just shy of 100! Our residents enjoy the many programs available to them at the community, as well as going for trips out to lunch, to the Tiger's game, or wherever else we are headed!

At Sunrise, we offer opportunities to engage, enjoy, express, learn, and grow each day. At Sunrise of Troy, our dedicated activities team develops an extensive calendar tailored to our residents' specific needs and preferences. Each day, our community offers a blend of activities and outings that enrich the body, mind, and spirit. On a typical day, you will find music activities, light exercise classes, food and conversation events, games, and current events discussions. Our activities programming is designed to bring together residents, team members, families, and volunteers—and turn each day into an opportunity for everyone to Live With Purpose.

Sunrise of Troy is located close to many shopping centers and eateries. There are also several golf courses and parks close by, as well as the Troy Historical Museum.

Sunrise of Troy provides group transportation for activities. These may include trips to local grocery stores, area restaurants, parks, ball games and more!

Our delicious, homemade meals are prepared fresh every day by our culinary team, using the freshest ingredients available. You will find options such as reduced-fat, low-calorie, high-fiber, and low-sodium. Our culinary team can also accommodate several physician-prescribed modified diets, to support residents with needs such as diabetes and dysphagia.

At Sunrise of Troy, we have our house dog, Bella, and our house cat, Sheba. Additionally, residents may bring their own pets from home! Our grounds are well maintained for pets to enjoy.
