• Using linens helps give residents respect and dignity; Instrumental background music enhances a positive dining experience. Best practice= tablecloths at all meals. Minimum standard= tablecloth at main meal with placemats used at other 2 meals.
• The reFRESH program is a que to the brain that it’s time to eat and is a soothing way to awaken their senses while helping clean their hands and face.
