What transportation services does Evergreen Place offer to assisted living residents?

We offer our residents assistance with providing transportation to and from doctors' appointments in our caravan. We also have a 15 person, handicap accessible, passenger bus used to bring residents on outings such as coastal trips in the summers, apple picking trips in the fall, holiday light touring in the winter, monthly luncheons at favorite restaurants, as well as shopping trips to department stores and other fun activites.

We have a wide range of residents, currently 58-97 years old. Most of our residents enjoy involvement in the activities, ranging from exercise to trivia, bingo to painting with a local artist, live performances by various entertainers and foot spas, to name a few.

The food at Evergreen Place is delicious! Our chefs offer three home cooked meals with different specials daily.

What You Should Know About Evergreen Place

Evergreen Place is a non-profit fifty-two bed supported residential care facility. We provide private rooms, 24 hour nursing and nursing assistant staff, medication management, three meals a day with special consideration for dietary restrictions, transportation to doctors appointments, activities seven days a week, on site primary care physician, on site lab testing, laundry and linen services, housekeeping ,wellness programs, and on site hairdressing. Evergreen Place is an assisted living community where you can relax and enjoy your comfortable private space. Maintenance, utilities and other property cares are no longer worries. Enjoy your meals in the company of friends in our dining area, and sneak down for a snack when the urge strikes. Everything you need is right at home.
