The Brielle offers full service assisted living and memory care in a park-like setting on Staten Island. The Brielle's natural wooded campus is located among the few natural spaces left on Staten Island, adjacent to the Greenbelt. The Brielle boasts wildlife, wooded views, and walking trails that invite you to take it all in. And, while tucked away from the fast-paced surroundings, the convenient location invites frequent visits to our natural wooded oasis. The Brielle is truly a hidden gem.
A highly trained navigation team will work personally with you to guide you and your loved one through any medical challenges and connect you to appropriate resources, offering assistance with:
Preparation and follow-up for outpatient or hospital care
Coordination of appointments and arrangement of transportation
Coordination of post-acute care or in-residence wellness checks
Transitioning your loved one to higher levels of care whenever needed
The Brielle offers pet ownership to residents within certain parameters and with a one-time pet fee. Family & Friend pet visits are also allowed according to residence policy. The park-like setting offers walking trails for furry friends and residents alike.
