Set in 14 acres of grounds and only a few minutes from downtown Elon, Blakey Hall Retirement Community offers seniors a peaceful country setting in which to spend their retirement while having access to the many amenities of this university town. In addition to caregivers and medical staff being available 24/7 to assist residents, the community has weekly visits from a physician and other supportive services can be arranged as needed. A full activity calendar encourages seniors to explore their interests through activities that promote body, mind and spiritual well-being. Residents can choose to take part in a variety of games, guest lectures, fitness and dance classes, movie nights and holiday celebrations. Blakey Hall Retirement Community also invites students and faculty from the local Elon University to spend time with residents to create an intergenerational environment.
