We hold monthly and annual trainings for each of our Sunrise systems. We have a 100% training compliance rate. This ensures that every team member is 100% compliant with Sunrise standards and training.
We are close to the new Bridge Street Shopping Center and Entertainment District.
We have a personalized communication plan for each resident to ensure that the appropriate family member is contact at their preferred frequency.
We offer a secured memory care neighborhood for our residents who are no longer safe to leave the community on their own.
Our variable staffing model is based on what our residents need, how much time they need with their Designated Care Manager, and what their personal routines are. We are able to accommodate the highest level of care allowed by the state of Ohio because of this model. We have an 83% retention rate for our team because we can staff appropriately for each shift.
We offer transportation to and from personal appointments with advanced notice. We are also on the Cota Bus Line and are one of the pick-up and drop off locations for the Dublin City SHARE Bus.
Average age is early to late 80's. We have a very active group of residents who choose all the activities and outings each month.

Our dining rooms are specially designed to support our residents with cognitive impairment. All they hear, see, and smell is dining. We offer two sizes to our residents in Memory Care, a small dining room for those who thrive in a personalized setting, and a large dining room for those who enjoy interacting with more people. Each resident is presented with visual choices for their meals so they can see what their options are.
Our clinical team works with our residents physicians and family members to address any unmet needs and make changes to their care plans on an ongoing basis. We discuss any changes with all residents at a weekly clinical meeting with our team. If a new assessment is needed the family is invited to attend. Families are informed of all changes.
We have a gated garden for our furry residents to enjoy.
