Elmcroft Of Bartlett

Elmcroft of Bartlett is a smoke-free community designed for seniors who need help with activities of daily living. Residents can enjoy chair exercises, games, arts and crafts, movies, and transportation to local shopping and cultural events. There are also programs unique to Elmcroft communities, including Port of Call events that showcase the experiences of other cultures. Residents receive three gourmet meals each day and snacks served restaurant-style, including Farm-to-Table entrees that incorporate fresh, local produce. The Second Wind Dreams program encourages residents to find ways to fulfill long-held dreams and goals. All residents have apartments with a private bathroom, and assisted living residents are encouraged to bring their own pets to make it feel more like home. Medical care includes medication management and regular health assessments, and the Walking Tall program helps maintain activity and prevent falls.
