Our senior assisted living community care allows you to be seen by medical personnel in the comfort of your own home if you choose. Our medical personnel focus on integrated care centered around prevention and balanced health.

FAQ About Manor Lake Assisted Living & Memory Care
Capitol Hill is nestled in the heart of SLC and surrounded by a vast array of activities to attend. There are restaurants, a book store, gift shop, 7/11 gas station, a Famous bakery; Mrs. Walkers Bakery, and they can stroll the nearby historic homes in the avenues.
Capitol Hill staff members are still required to wear masks, and we continue to protect our residents by providing sanitizer stations, regular housekeeping and check-in process for all staff and visitors.
Every apartment is equip with emergency outlets that are hooked to our community generator in case of a power outage; great for residents on Oxygen, CPAP machines, electric wheelchairs and more! The generators are able to power the community for 2 weeks straight! Doors are secured in the evenings so that only family members and staff can enter after hours.
Capitol Hill offers transportation to and from medical appointments, weekly shopping trips and scenic drives. We also offer transportation to and from tours of Capitol Hill Senior Living.
Capitol Hill has an in house physical therapist and therapy room for our residents to use at their leisure. Daily exercise and meditation groups are conducted by our therapist and activities department. Capitol Hill has in-house doctors that round the community weekly to address concerns of residents. We also have a podiatrist, dentist, optometrist and audiologist that schedule regular visits to out community as well.
Capitol Hill's residents average age is 78yrs old. Our residents have a wide variety of interests that we cater to on a weekly basis. We have gone as far as Wendover to spend the day, and on scenic drives to Heber City to a visit and groom horses at a local horse ranch. We also enjoy taking advantage of the multi-cultural events SLC has to offer, including the Utah Symphony!
Capitol Hills chef Rene Soriano has 35yrs of fine restaurant dining experience! We have a BBQ on our patio every Friday! Sundays are family days, where we invite families to come in for tender prime rib and salmon dinner. Our residents rave about our fresh fruit and vegetables for every meal, and daily ice cream choices.
Capitol Hill utilizes the app Life Loop! Life Loop keeps families in the know of what is going on in the community and can also send alerts. Our Care Team takes great pride in communication with families to keep them the loop of what is happening with their family member(s) here at Capitol Hill.
