Assisted Living: $2,500
Situated in a quiet residential neighborhood in Riverton, Brighton House is a locally owned, intimate senior living community featuring just 16 beds. It offers two different types of assisted living service plans catered to seniors in stable health with changing daily support needs. The staff can assist with dressing, bathing, eating transfers and medication management. They also help residents to connect with out-of-state family members and friends via regular live video chats. A full-time activities coordinator organizes daily activities designed to foster strong friendships between everyone who works and lives in the community. Residents can make grocery list requests for their favorite snacks and receive three daily meals prepared in-house using fresh, local produce. The community's covered front porch features comfortable chairs and overlooks a large lawn.

Our Methodology

It’s not what we research, but the way we research that makes stand out. We start by identifying problems and challenges in the senior care industry by gaining insight from conversations with industry professionals, older adults, and those that care for them. Next, our research team led by industry experts apply our data-driven research techniques to understand the magnitude of the challenge and how to overcome it. Finally, we present our findings in easy-to-understand guides and studies and share our actionable results with influencers and caregivers, as well as the general public.
