Located adjacent to the Atlee Station Family YMCA in the heart of Mechanicsville in Hanover County, Sancerre Atlee Station is a new senior living community opening in July 2023. Sancerre Atlee Station will provide 103 exceptional accommodations, 79 for assisted living and 24 for memory care with high-caliber healthcare and daily activities for residents.

Our residents spend each day doing what brings them joy – their passions range from volunteering in the local community, staying active with exercise class and walking clubs, keeping their minds sharp in book clubs and creating works of art, and making new friends at their happy hour receptions – and so much more!
Sancerre proudly offers any time dining at our on-site restaurant. Open from 7 AM to 7 PM, you are free to dine at your leisure in our restaurant, led by Chef Daniel Sherman, who received his culinary training at the renowned Jefferson Hotel.

Residents will enjoy spaces that were crafted with their safety in mind while also balancing maintaining a residential look and feel in their home. Every resident receives an emergency alert pendant that gives them support from our 24 hour onsite care team.

We offer a full calendar 7 days a week that is customized to meet the social, physical, spiritual, and cognitive needs of our residents. Our community also offers regular cultural and shopping outings. Our goal is to help our residents discover what brings them joy and support them in doing those things on a regular basis.

We will have our own community bus for transportation needs.
