FAQ About Manor Lake Assisted Living & Memory Care
We make calls for any change of condition and during the care plan meeting.
My Dining Service Manager has been with this community for 20 years. She makes all most of the meals from scratch.
We have a mixture of independent & assisted living residents. The average age is 70 and their favorite thing to do is Bingo.
We have the front of the community and we have a courtyard.
The staff has to receive 12 hours of CEUs each year. The receive Mental Health and Dementia, Doffing & Donning of PPE, 1st Aide & CPR.
5 staff on daytime which includes 2 Med Techs and 2 Caregivers and a Bath Aide. Overnights are 1 Med Tech and 2 caregivers.
Daily Exercise, Bingo, Arts & Crafts, Country Rides, Outside Entertainment, Wii Bowling, Doggy Races, Wine down Wednesday with the Executive Director.
It is located in front of a residential neighborhood, close to a middle school and near wineries.
We have colorful dinnerware and they all dine in the dining room together.
The licensed nurse assesses the resident's health and cognitive function. It is done quarterly.
We send out information via email, mailings and our Sun Terrace Facebook page.
We have staff available 24/7 and we currently have only one entrance into the community available due to COVID restrictions.
We have a local hospital about a mile from the community.
We have a memory care unit that is a locked unit.
We have a 15 passenger bus and a van available for transportation.
