To encourage seniors to remain physically and mentally engaged, a Mind & Body activity program is available, with options that include gardening, arts and crafts, and regularly scheduled movies and shows. Residents can relax and socialize in the large, comfortable living room, enjoy the fresh air while lounging in the central courtyard and head to the sunny dining room for nutritious and tasty meals three times a day. Resident call systems and wander alarms keep everyone safe, and arranged transportation takes seniors to off-site appointments and events.

The average age of our residents is around 78 years old and residents enjoy gardening, arts and craft program and movies and shows in each afternoon and evening.
Dining of course! Our residents also enjoy group movies and shows twice daily as well as our arts and crafts classes and gardening. There are more but these are the best attended.

Our dining program is not designed to be fancy it is designed to be good easy to eat food that residents give us continual feedback on so we can adjust accordingly. Easiest way to describe the dining program is pure Americana! Simple, easy, good food for all!
We are a tech based company and we have the latest in resident call systems, care tracking systems, medication management oversight systems with new technology coming all the time.
We are the owners as well as the operators. We give each resident and family our cell phone numbers. We take responsibility for your loved one and the families communication is direct with the decision makers at our community.
Every family should know that this ratio is always changing in all buildings. Today at Grand River we have 8 residents to each caregiver and medication tech. We are a great blend of hands on care with the amenities of the larger communities with our 30 resident occupancy building.
We love Pets!! Dogs and cats welcome both in resident rooms common areas and the courtyard. All pets must be approved by Director of Operations and have all proper documentation!
Our training meets or exceeds state guidelines. Our training is a mix of on-line, classroom and on the job with hands on training. Our nurse personally trains our team members.
We have resident call systems and wander alarms. Our community is gate guarded!
