This amount is based on occupancy and resident needs, and typically our ratio is 6-1.
We are located in a quiet residential area of Blaine, in a neighborhood setting.
We offer three delicious meals each day, featuring a special of the day or a la carte options. We offer snacks and beverages throughout the day.
We are secure dementia community requiring a code to enter and exit for the safety of our residents with memory loss. We are a small community, which allows for great staff interaction and visual of resident activities.
We are a secure memory care community with 19 studio apartments. We accept clients 65+ with a dementia diagnosis or memory loss. The average age of our current clients is 83. We offer wonderful Live 2B Healthy Fitness classes and Music Speaks music therapy, which are favorites for our residents. The residents also enjoy our outdoor secure courtyard and gardening.
We offer transportation scheduling assistance.
Our staff is trained on-going per MDH guidelines, with highlighted training in Red Carpet service, dementia, HIPAA.
We are a secure community which requires a code for entry and exit.
We offer Live 2B Healthy Fitness classes two times each week, and Music Speaks music therapy each week. We have a beautiful outdoor courtyard where residents can garden and enjoy being outside.
We have a monthly newsletter and have Landings of Blaine Facebook page, which highlights resident activities. Our director and Clinical Care Supervisor provides regular and as-needed communication to families.
Yes, we allow small pets under 25 pounds. Pets must remain in resident apartments and not wander into common areas. We do have a designated area for dogs on leashes in our courtyard.
