Arabella of Athens is a senior living community set in a scenic green location in south Athens. Residents who enjoy the outdoors can take advantage of a fishing pond with a dock on-site, and the beautiful Fuller's Park is across the road. The community has a number of useful amenities, including a movie theater, a library and a fitness center. The assisted living program offers as little or as much support as seniors require. The team of professional staff provides assistance with daily tasks, housekeeping and laundry. A wide range of organized activities, including chair aerobics, bingo and movie nights, keeps residents mentally and physically engaged. Seniors can enjoy restaurant-style dining three times a day, and they can have a casual drink and snack in the bistro or a family gathering in the private dining room.
What Residents are Saying:
Visitors appreciate the ample amenities, with one reviewer saying, "Arabella of Athens was nice, welcoming, and clean. Everybody was friendly and offered us what we were looking for. The rooms had a separate bedroom and back doors to an outside porch, which was nice. They had a beauty shop, shopping excursions, flower arrangements, cards, and a little ice cream parlor."

Our Methodology

It’s not what we research, but the way we research that makes AssistedLiving.org stand out. We start by identifying problems and challenges in the senior care industry by gaining insight from conversations with industry professionals, older adults, and those that care for them. Next, our research team led by industry experts apply our data-driven research techniques to understand the magnitude of the challenge and how to overcome it. Finally, we present our findings in easy-to-understand guides and studies and share our actionable results with influencers and caregivers, as well as the general public.
