Bickford Assisted Living & Memory Care of Suffolk is a senior living community located just off I-664, roughly 1 mile from the Hampton Roads channel. Whether residents are enrolled in the assisted living or memory care program, they can request assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming or eating from certified caregivers at any time. The community's nursing staff also provides medication management, health monitoring and individualized service plan reviews. Bickford keeps residents busy with numerous daily activities, including dancing, manicures and music-listening sessions. This is just one part of the community's life enrichment program, which includes occasional on-campus family gatherings, group outings and community involvement opportunities, where local organizations and individuals make on-campus visits to entertain residents. Bickford also welcomes local chaplains to host regular church services, bible studies and other spiritual activities.
