Our Healthcare Director, Memory Care Director, or Executive Director would be the individuals completing assessments. current residents get reassessed when there is a status change in their care or every 6mo-1year.
Harmony at Spring Hill is constantly training our staff to keep our standards up to state regulation standards.
We are not affiliated with a specific hospital but we have connections with many hospitals in the area to ensure our residents are being taken care of.
We have a Life Enrichment team that helps with making sure that residents stay active. Our Life Enrichment team focuses on the Spiritual, Intellectual, Physical, Mental, and Creative needs of our residents when putting our activities calendar together. This includes our activities in our memory care area. Our Reflections Program is part of our programming in our memory care. It has 5 key components: Dining With Dignity, Family Focused, Reflections Programming (art and music focused), Health and Wellness, and Harmony Square. As a resident you can enjoy 3 freshly made meals each day by our chef. All of our meals are prepared deliciously with two specials provided for each meal. If a resident is not interested in the specials for the day, we have an A La Carte Menu that you can choose from.

Harmony at Spring Hill welcomes cats and small dogs (25 lbs) into our community. We have outdoor areas for pets to be walked. There is also a dog park right down the street.
At the concierge desk in the lobby, there are business cards with direct contact information to all directors. We are also launching a new initiative where our Executive Director will be sending weekly emails to families and residents to provide updates about our community.
Our community is a 55+ Community that sits within a gated Homeowners Association Community. Our residents enjoy the activities we have within our community; however, within the HOA community, there is a ton of options for you to take advantage of: Pickle Ball, Bocce Ball, Tennis, 'Tot Lot' For Grand Kids, Indoor Pool, Clubhouse access.
Part of our Dining With Dignity component within our Reflections Program includes cueing and prompting residents during mealtimes. Our caregivers assist with this.
Harmony at Spring Hill is within an HOA that is a gated 55 and older community. We also have surveillance cameras for our community. Our community is staffed 24/7 for care purposes, as well.
Not only is Harmony at Spring Hill is with in a 55 yr and older gated community, we also have a secured memory care community right here within our assisted living facility.
