Professional staff is available to residents 24/7 to help with daily living tasks, such as medication management, hygiene and dressing. Licensed nurses provide proactive care made easy by the plethora of medical services available on-site. Aegis Living boasts a primary physician, physical and occupational therapists, podiatry services, a pharmacy and a psychiatrist within its building. Rooms include private baths, and each one-bedroom apartment has a kitchenette, although communal meals are served daily in the dining room. The Life Enrichment Program ensures seniors stay engaged socially and physically with a rotating calendar of unique events. Some of these events include tai chi, interactive TED talks, music therapy and balance classes.
