Acacia Creek Retirement Community is a continuum of care retirement community where residents receive the care they need in the comfort of their own apartment and there is no need to move as their care requirements change. Each resident has a personalized care plan that is updated on a regular basis by a licensed nurse in consultation with the resident and family members. A team of professional caregiving staff is always on hand to provide assistance with the tasks of daily living. Medical teams are on standby in case of an emergency. Each apartment or villa is fitted with an emergency call system. Luxury amenities on-site include an indoor pool and spa, a fitness center, a carpentry workshop, a business center and a bar. Daily activities include social events, shopping excursions, fitness classes, coffee klatches and neighborhood outings.
